Mr. Greg Ferguson is one of the Founders and President of KREG Information Systems. Mr. Ferguson has worked in healthcare information technology for 38 years. In addition to his executive management responsibilities, Mr. Ferguson is responsible for the technology and system development activities of KREG and the operating responsibilities for the Programming and Hardware/Internet Groups. He is responsible for the design of KREG software that has been installed in hundreds of hospitals all across the US and Canada.
Prior to starting KREG in 1983, Mr. Ferguson was Vice President of MediFlex Systems Corporation and was responsible for both operations and software development for this timesharing operation. Mr. Ferguson holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri, is an advanced member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and is a charter member of the Microsoft Healthcare Users Group.
Mr. Stephen Kreter is one of the Founders and Executive Vice President of KREG Information Systems. Mr. Kreter has 38 years of healthcare marketing experience. In addition to his executive management responsibilities, Mr. Kreter is responsible for all marketing and sales activities within KREG and operationally manages the Sales, Consulting Services and Product Support Groups.
Prior to starting KREG with Mr. Ferguson, Mr. Kreter was also a Vice President of MediFlex and was responsible for eastern regional marketing activities. Mr. Kreter holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from Villanova University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
Mr. John Bojarski is a Senior Vice President of KREG Information Systems with 28 years of health care financial accounting and decision support experience. For the past 19 years he has worked with KREG’s clients installing, supporting and marketing all of the systems. He currently directs the sales and marketing efforts in the Southeast region.
Prior to joining KREG he was a Senior Manager in the healthcare consulting division of Arthur Young. Prior to that position, he was the Director of Budget and Financial Planning at the Medical College of Virginia Hospitals. While at MCV he was responsible for implementing a decision support system for the institution. John received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Johns Hopkins University and his Master’s degree in Hospital Administration from Duke University.
Mr. Kevin Wall is a Vice President in charge of Sales and has over 20 years experience in selling, implementing and supporting healthcare financial accounting and decision support applications and services. For the past 15 years, Kevin has been responsible for sales and marketing of all of KREG’s products and services for seventeen states in the Northeast, Midwest and Pacific Northwest regions. Kevin provides valuable direction on advertising, marketing, and strategic partnerships. Prior to his move into sales, Kevin handled installation and support activities for KREG’s products in these regions.
Prior to joining KREG in 1993, Mr. Wall worked as a Senior Financial Analyst for the Town of Wilton, Connecticut after earning his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University.
Mr. Shane Kreter is a Vice President in charge of Operations and has been with KREG since 1998. He is responsible for driving operational excellence and execution through cost control, quality, and the application of best practices across the enterprise. Additionally, he develops ongoing strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to the strategic plan and establishing functional objectives in line with the organizational objectives. Mr. Kreter provides leadership and decision support in areas such as operation performance, functional strategies, new product and line extension evaluations, asset utilization, capacity analysis, capital expenditures and cash flow.
Prior to taking on this role Mr. Kreter was a Senior Cost Accountant with the KREG Strategic Services Group where he personally oversaw the development of unit costs for over forty client hospitals’ entire charge masters. He has a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and attended the Business Bridge Program at the Tuck School of Business on the campus of Dartmouth College.
Mr. Henry Lowendick is a Vice President of Information Systems and has over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology field. He is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA). He oversees KREG’s Microsoft network and sets corporate standards for software and hardware development.
Prior to joining KREG in 1995, Mr. Lowendick held positions with Clayton and Company, Information General Corporation, and Express Data as well as owning his own firm. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science for Business from DeVry Institute of Technology in Atlanta.
Mr. Brian Farber is a Vice President in charge of Development with over 15 years of healthcare experience. Brian’s healthcare background has been centered on decision support and bridging the gap between the technical, financial, and clinical worlds. For the past 11 years, Brian has been responsible for the technical implementation, support, design, and development of all the KREG products.
Prior to joining KREG, Mr. Farber worked for the University of Connecticut Medical Center and Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Connecticut. Mr. Farber has an MBA from the University of Florida and is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a BS in Health Systems Management.
